How the Foundation is organized.
General Assembly
The highest decision-making body of the organization, comprising its registered members. Responsible for discussing and approving the organization's direction, objectives, and initiatives.
Board of Directors
Provides strategic oversight and implements decisions made by the General Assembly.
Executive Director
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, manages staff, and ensures that programs and services operate effectively. Appointed by the Board of Directors.

Funds raised are used solely to fulfill the Foundation's organizational objectives.
